  • What Happens If My Item Is Out Of Stock?
    The shopper will substitute the item to the best of his/her ability. If you would like the driver to call you if the item is out of stock, please leave a note in the 'comment' section at checkout.
  • Do I Need To Be Home For Delivery?
    Yes, we require and will only deliver if someone is home to accept the groceries (they can be anyone in present in your home regardless of age or relationship). We will be able to leave groceries outside when specific instructions are given in the "Special Note/Request to Shopper" section during checkout.
  • Do You Deliver To Businesses?
    We do! If you are based in Ann Arbor then we will serve you. If you request a large or frequently recurring groceries please email us for more information on how we can better serve you!
  • Do You Serve My Area?
    Our service is only available to Ann Arbor residents & students. To date we have served hundreds of students, professors, senior citizens, less-abled individuals, and single household families.
  • How Can I Contact My Shopper For Special Instructions?

  • How Do I Change My Delivery Time(S)?
    After your orders have been placed and you would like a delivery time change, please contact us via email or phone.
  • How Do I Return An Item?
    If you are not satisfied with the items you receive please contact us within 48 hours to set up a time for our drivers to pick the item from your location for either an exchange or refund free of charge.
  • How Much Is The Delivery Fee?
    We charge a flat rate $2.99 for all orders big or small.
  • What Happens When The Shopper Can't Find The Item I Want In The Store?
    Since Big House Market do not keep constant track of store inventory, we therefore do not have instant knowledge of when products will be out of stock or discontinued. When we're shopping for your groceries and they are out of stock on any specific item you ordered we will either (1) substitute item if a suitable substitute item exist, or (2) refund the item(s) you paid for. Please expect the fund to be credited back onto your statement within 5-7 days from processing. If you would like the item to be refunded, please leave a note in the 'comment' section at checkout.
